The St. Augustine Alligator Farm
The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park is one of Florida’s oldest attractions, welcoming visitors since 1893. Located on Anastasia Island, it holds a unique distinction as the only place in the world where guests can see every living species of crocodilian — including alligators, crocodiles, caiman, and gharials.
Beyond crocodilians, the park features a wide variety of reptiles, exotic birds, mammals, lemurs, and two-toed sloths. Daily wildlife shows and live feedings are included with general admission and provide opportunities to learn directly from experienced keepers.
For guests looking for something more adventurous, Crocodile Crossing offers a zip line and aerial obstacle course that runs above live alligators and crocodiles. This experience is separately ticketed and requires an additional fee.
The park is located at 999 Anastasia Blvd, St. Augustine, FL 32080, just a short drive from Anastasia Condominiums.
